FINAL SALE POLICY 

As a small business, all of our items are made to order and are FINAL SALE. These items are made especially for you once your order is placed.

We ultimately want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you feel there is a problem with your order- contact us immediately and we will try to help resolve your issue. Contact us at milmiedesigns@gmail.com

 

Returning International Orders

All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

 

Damaged/Defective Items:

Our team checks all items for any damages or defective areas before shipping them out to you, but we know we are human and sometimes make mistakes. So, if you happen to receive an item that is damaged or defective, this is for you!

  • Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment. 
  • All reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your garment or it will not be accepted.
  • Please contact us immediately at milmiedesigns@gmail.com and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area. Please include your first and last name and order number.

 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES: MilMie Designs is not liable for USPS and UPS packages that are lost or stolen and will not offer a refund or replacement. If you would like to file a claim regarding your package, you can contact USPS or UPS directly.
